Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Codition AI account directly in the app: open the app > go to Settings / Profile > Account > Delete Account, then confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account” at bekir@codition.co. We will verify and process the request.

Your account and the personal data associated with it are deleted.

Limited data we must keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations is retained only as long as required, then deleted or anonymized.

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

• Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
• To avoid further charges, cancel the subscription separately in your App Store account settings.
