Terms of Use

Acceptance
By downloading or using the Codition AI applications (the “Apps”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). Where these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs for App Store usage.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
- Some features require an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Where offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its terms; please contact Apple Support.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Apps for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer them, interfere with their operation, or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Apps and their content are owned by Codition AI / Bekir Ahmetoglu and are protected by law.
Disclaimer
The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Apps. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Turkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
