Privacy Policy

Codition AI (“we”, “us”) is a studio operated by Bekir Ahmetoglu in Turkiye that develops AI-native mobile applications (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our Apps and this website.

We are the data controller under Turkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: bekir@codition.co.

• Account data: the name and email address you provide if you create an account.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, feature usage, device model, OS version, language, and crash/performance diagnostics.
• Subscription data: your subscription and purchase status. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your card details.
• Content you provide: information you enter into the Apps to use their features.

We use your data only to provide and operate the Apps; authenticate and manage accounts; process subscriptions and purchases; improve features and fix bugs; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for commercial profiling or third-party advertising.

We process your data under GDPR Art. 6 and KVKK Art. 5 on these bases: performance of a contract (providing the Apps), your consent, our legitimate interests in improving and securing the Apps, and legal obligations.

We may share data only with service providers acting as processors on our behalf (e.g., Apple, hosting and analytics providers) under appropriate agreements; where required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell data.

Some providers may process data outside Turkiye or the EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email bekir@codition.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data; however, no method is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page with a new date.
